{"id":505,"date":"2019-09-20T13:25:57","date_gmt":"2019-09-20T11:25:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.reshoot360.com\/?post_type=faq&#038;p=505"},"modified":"2022-11-02T09:24:02","modified_gmt":"2022-11-02T08:24:02","slug":"android-i-cannot-select-my-360-media","status":"publish","type":"faq","link":"https:\/\/www.reshoot360.com\/index.php\/faq\/android-i-cannot-select-my-360-media\/","title":{"rendered":"I cannot select my 360\u00b0 media on Android"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-align:left\">Try the following things :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ensure that you granted ReShoot 360 to access your storage<\/strong>, check in Android settings &#8220;Settings > Apps > ReShoot 360 > Permissions&#8221;.<\/li><li><strong>Disable &#8220;360\u00b0&#8221; filter<\/strong> in the top-right menu.<\/li><li>Ensure that your 360\u00b0 media is in folder <strong>&#8220;Movies&#8221;<\/strong> or folder <strong>&#8220;Pictures&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>If you plug a SD card<\/strong>, ensure to restart a scan to refresh the media list.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you still cannot select your 360\u00b0 media, go finding your 360\u00b0 media with your camera app or with Photos albums, it depends on the 360\u00b0 camera you have.
