We, Loic Martin company, grant to you a nontransferable license to use the app on any device that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules.
You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions.
You may not distribute or make the app available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not transfer, redistribute or sublicense the app.
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the app, any updates, or any part thereof.
You should be aware that we will not take responsibility of the content of any video or photo saved by the app. You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the app is at your sole risk.
It’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying on the app.
The app is currently available on Android & iOS, the requirements for both systems may change and you may need to download the last systems updates if you want to keep using the last app version. We will do our best to keep the app up to date with future system major versions. We may also wish to stop providing the app, and so there will be no more app updates. Unless we tell you otherwise, the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end.
We do not refund any purchases made in the app. We do not refund any subscriptions.
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
